Pine Lakes Golf Club-Palm Coast-Florida

The Pine Lakes Golf Club in Palm Coast is approximately 30 miles from St Augustine to the North and 30 miles to Daytona Beach to the South. It was designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay. It’s an Arnold Palmer Signature Course and opened in 1980. This course was redesigned by Arnold Palmer in 2007 and he was onsite for the rededication. This course is a lot of fun to play and is best known for its outstanding design and greens. There are 63 white sand bunkers scattered around the course serving as ball magnets. The course is a 7000-yard championship course with a par of 72. The fairways are 419 Bermuda Grass, and the Greens are Jones Dwarf Grass. The rating is 74.3 and the slope from the tips is 132.

The course has an 18000 square foot clubhouse with a full-service restaurant, pub, and grill room overlooking the course. Inside and outside dining are available. I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed many meals here and the food is very good. If you’re having a drink after golf look for Dee behind the bar. She’s an amazing lady and has been here a long time. There are men’s, and women’s locker rooms available, A well-stocked clubhouse. A conference room along with banquet and catering available. I’d say this is a must play course as it’s an Arnold Palmer Signature Course and it’s fun to play. Check out the framed photographs throughout the bar and restaurant.
