It is only one of 38 private clubs in the world to have earned The Distinguished Emerald Club of the World designation. The Dunes combines low country scenery, with old country Florida wildlife, along with the sound of the ocean. Where else could you dock you boat in your backyard and then walk to the ocean. The Dunes are made up of luxury homes and condominiums. It offers fine dining, heated pool, spa, fitness center, oceanfront croquet, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and golf. You can play golf on two of the best courses in the state of Florida. The Links Course designed by Tom Fazio, or the Creekside designed by Rees Jones. They both have great clubhouses and facilities. Available with a golf membership. Enjoy the 2.5 miles of beaches and the 5 miles of Intracoastal Waterway inside the private gated community of the Dunes. You can find your dream home in Island Estates or an oceanfront condominium. The choice is yours.
