The Hammock is made up of a number of communities. The communities are Ocean Hammock, Hammock Beach Club, Cinnamon Beach, Island Estates, The Dunes, Conservatory, and Yacht Harbor Village. Every community is unique except for the fact that they are all exceptional and gated communities. This development was the result of the visionary developer Bobby Ginn.
