The Hammock Beach Club is located on the Atlantic Ocean. It is comprised of the main building which is eleven floors at its highest point. The main building has one-, three-, and four-bedroom condominium units ranging from 678 square feet for a one bedroom to 3264 square feet for a four bedroom four and a half bath unit located in the center stack. Many of these units have incredible ocean and golf course views. They also have three South Towers with units ranging in square footage from 2058 square feet to 2246 square feet. There are two North towers with units ranging from 2177 square feet to 2588 square feet. All tower units have private garage parking with a shared elevator to their floor or a private elevator to their unit.
 
The Hammock Beach Club also has Villas which are located in ten buildings on the grounds of the Beach Club. Six of the Villa buildings are four floors with twenty condos per building. There are six Villa buildings that are three floors with six units to a building and only two units per floor. The Villas range in square footage from 1361 to 2014.
 
The Hammock Beach Club facility features the Ocean Course developed by Jack Nicklaus. It is a stunning course with six of the holes played along the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll find three full-service restaurants (Atlantic Grill, Delfino’s, and Stix) and a sports bar (Loggerheads) serving food and drink. The food is excellent in all restaurants with the Atlantic Grill located right on the ocean. Delfino’s is a fine dining Italian Chop house serving great steaks. The last restaurant is Stix, and it is a Sushi restaurant.
 
You’ll also find a full-service spa and fitness center on the grounds. There are a total of six pools with the center piece being a four-level water park complete with lazy river, water slides, and a bar with restaurant on the top level. The kids will love it and many adults do also.
 
All the units in the Hammock Beach Club can be put into the resorts short term rental program. It’s managed and marketed by the Hammock Beach Resort. They take care of everything from securing the rental, collecting the money to the housekeeping upon guest checkout. Rents collected are impacted by size, and location of the unit along with the time of the year. Occupancy rates on rental units are very good and at certain times of the year can be 100%.
